A COLLECTION OF GRATITUDE & IMPACT CURATED BY FIGHT THE NEW DRUG
Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!
I think you are doing an invaluable job in educating people across all walks of life about the real harm and destruction internet porn wreaks in people’s lives. Thank you for such informative, creative, and heart-wrenching content! Please continue with your noble efforts!
It feels great to contribute to something that’s helped me so much. When I discovered this amazing organization, I was really addicted to porn but wanted to quit. I ruined my relationship with my girlfriend at the time and pushed a lot of people away. Through FTND, I was able to conquer my addiction. I happened to stumble upon this website from a Google search. I'll freely admit that when I first realized/discovered your site's purpose, I immediately thought to myself, ‘It's another one of those self-righteous “porn is bad” groups trying to tell people how to live.’ But once I read through your mission page, it became obvious that I was wrong. I'm actually very impressed by your goals that are the literal opposite of every other anti-porn group I've come across. Your stance of helping those who ask for it and respecting the freedoms of those who choose not to is extremely refreshing to see. I wish you luck!
All three of these episodes are great and I fully support everything y’all are about. This last episode really hit hard. It’s crazy to think how porn is so damaging to everyone involved.
Absolutely amazing series. Has opened my eyes. I’m a teacher and thinking about how I can use this series to help many of my students who struggle with porn addictions. Thank you for such uplifting but thoughtful content. It is making a difference.
* The teenagers laughed and learned a lot at the same time while watching the docuseries. What a great resource to have educational videos. It’s well done and honest. There is plenty we don’t know, but there is plenty of research to back up the anecdotal evidence too. Great nonprofit, Fight the New Drug, so thanks for producing Brain Heart World!
Love that you're standing up for this. It's such a big problem in our society.
Thank you so much for all the research and resources. They have allowed me and so many others to seek freedom. I am very passionate about others finding freedom from porn and shame.
Wow, this docuseries was truly awakening. I’ve tried and tried many times to quit porn, and after relapsing a couple of days ago, this was the motivation that I needed. I accept that what triggers me won’t go away, things won’t change straight away and there’s still the possibility of relapsing again; I have to be aware of that. But when one sees clearly that things do get better and the clouds do part eventually, it’s very motivating to know that there’s more to life than this. Beyond pornography is a better, more rewarding, and more fulfilling life. Thank you for making this documentary. I will work even harder to kick this out of my life!
Brain, Heart, World was amazing and candid. I loved that there was female representation, seeing as female addiction to porn is rarely talked about.
WOW! That’s an incredibly powerful docuseries. I had a similar experience to one of the guys in the film as a kid, and messed up a lot of my life. It took years of hard work to stop watching porn, and I’m still tempted. This film was so motivational to stay free and focus on healthy relationships and experiencing life.
Great docuseries! It spoke truthfully of the harmful effects of porn with compassion for those suffering from the addiction. The smiles of the people recovering were captivating, which shows that there is true joy in the continued battle for freedom.
Huge thanks for everything that you do. I personally have found my life (especially my personal sex life) better since I reduced my porn habit to the point that now I don’t need it all. And when I read more and more about the ethical side, it makes me not wanna watch it at all anymore.
Amazing documentary. I loved that it wasn’t presented as a condemnation, which is what some people and videos would do, but it was a statement of there being a way out. Really, it was amazingly well done and well presented.
Long story short, when my best friend told me that he's been struggling to stay away from watching porn, I sent him the FTND documentary, Brain, Heart, World. Because he is a political adviser, educator, and lawyer, he felt disgusted and devastated to learn that porn fuels the demand for human sex trafficking. This was one big reason that made him stop watching porn.
