Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!

As a young man who’s currently dealing with a major porn addiction that is causing great distress within my life these videos really open my eyes and realize how disgusting this industry is. This is something I’ve known for a while now though, and it’s even increased my will to quit porn, but it brings more shame to myself as a person who knows what goes on in the industry but decides to put that aside to fulfill my own shamefulness. As of tomorrow, I’m starting my journey to become sober, but this isn’t my first time. Unfortunately, I have failed dozens of other times but this time my will is strong, and I will rebuild myself as a stronger man with self control. I wanna be a better man than most men out there who are addicted to the adult film industry, whether they know the darkness or not. The most important trait an adult can have, but especially a man is self control whether that be sexual desires or anger. I want to be part of the solution instead of the problem. Thank you so much, Fight the New Drug, for opening my eyes even more and give me a stronger willpower to fight this drug and rebuild a new me. Also, thank you for exposing the porn industry for truly what it is. ❤

Exactly correct! This is why you are all heroes and must never stop speaking! Your channel is EDUCATIONAL. It isn’t a bunch of sensational “this is horrible, this is dreadful” clickbait (even though much of the material is challenging!). You are TEACHING your viewers. All of you strive to INFORM and ERASE ignorance. Once we all more fully understand, we can better love each other and take care of each other. LOVE and COMPASSION to you all! Your cause is working! I’ve been following FTND since 2018 when my then-boyfriend, now husband, broke my heart for the second time with his addiction. I didn’t know until the second time that it was an addiction, and I encouraged him to get therapy. But I was just scrolling today and I saw this one post, and I read some comments, and people are actually aware of porn’s harms! I’m just so happy that awareness is spreading.

Your organization is doing so much good. You are giving people an outlet who want to get out of the pornography cycle, and educating people who don’t to possibly understand the potential effects that porn can have on the brain and relationships. Also, what I love is that you teach that hope is not lost. Change is always attainable. You can have relationships, you can help others. Thank you again for all the work you do. I remember 5 years ago when you came to my high school and spoke. It has been the only school assembly I remember today. I know that you must receive criticism and opposition to what you do but keep going. You are truly making a difference. Thank you again.

Recently, I came across FTND via Pinterest. Within the past few months, I experienced some gut-wrenching changes in my life that were due to my significant other’s porn addiction. I went from thinking porn is OK in small amounts and moderation to thinking it’s toxic and needs to be expelled from one’s life as soon as possible. I want to thank the brave people behind FTND. Thank you for being a loud voice for all those that believe porn is not ok at it TRULY does disrupt and destroy love–I am living proof of that.
