Impact

Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!

Hi, I relate a lot to you latest post. I don’t remember at what age I started watching porn but it was definitely in middle school. I used to think that it was normal, liberating and that people who were against it didn’t realise the benefit of it. This led to me having sexual experiences too early and that are now traumatic for me to think about. A few years ago i encountered your page and learnt the reality of this sick industry, and i am so glad I did because i always speak about it and love doing so. Unfortunately I haven’t quit porn yet but I’m trying, right now I can’t go to therapy for this but I hope I can in the future. I’m 18 and from Italy and I would love to do something to help with what you do. I wanted to speak about this, thanks for what you’re doing❤️

Hi there, I’m from Malaysia. I’ve been struggling with pornography, and when I found your website, it really inspired me. It helped me learn more about how harmful pornography can be, not just in general, but in ways that affected me personally. I want to share my experience and how it damaged me. Thank you so much for exposing the truth about pornography and its effects.

I teach in a Middle School and today we were having a lesson of Sex Education with an expert. Since some of the kids has admitted to have watched p*rn, and their expectations were already being confused by it, I’ve suggested them your site. Thank you for your service.

Hi FTND team,
I’m a long-time supporter from Nigeria and have been a dedicated fighter for years. I recently came across your April 18 post discussing hookup culture. This topic is incredibly relevant here in Nigeria, where hookup culture is a growing concern, especially among the youth.
Thank you for your continued efforts in educating and empowering individuals worldwide.

Thank you for this program, as a mother with a child that was impacted by porn, a former wife that had my life destroyed by my former husband from porn, and my boyfriend that is a survivor of pornography addiction. This work matters. I am so grateful for programs like yours.

I just wanted to say I love your guys’ content, it has helped me so much to stay on track. Especially the longer form podcasts. I just love your organization and would love to be of help if there’s anything or any perspective you need. Thank you

Hi there! So I’m not sure if you guys will see this, and that’s okay. I just wanted to say that what you guys are doing is incredible.

I was groomed online from the age eleven to fourteen. The man who groomed me exposed me to pornography and it has had major impact on my life.

Young kids shouldn’t be exposed to that sort of thing. It’s so easy to get addicted to it, and once you’re hooked it’s hard to stop. It’s embarrassing and you feel ashamed, which is why I didn’t get proper help for years.

What you folks are doing is helping with that stigma though. Thank you. I hope that y’all continue to grow, and that you’re able to reach more folks before they end up in the situation I was in. Much love
