Fight the New Drug Sweepstakes Official Rules:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or donation will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
Eligibility:
The Fight the New Drug Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 21 years of age or older, with the exception of residents of Rhode Island. Employees, officers, and directors of Fight the New Drug (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2024, and ends on March 31, 2024.
How to Enter:
Participants can enter the Sweepstakes by completing and submitting the official entry form available on the Sweepstakes webpage. Additional entries can be earned by participating in the monthly challenge series, engaging with Fight the New Drug on social media, and sharing the Sweepstakes with friends and family.
Winner Selection:
Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes:
Each of the three winners will receive a prize package consisting of the following items: two (2) Fight the New Drug T-shirts, one (1) Fight the New Drug Hoodie, two (2) Fight the New Drug Sticker Packets, one (1) Lifetime Public Screening License for the documentary “Brain Heart World,” and one (1) Free Presentation Booking. This presentation booking is only eligible for Youth and Community presentations. Presentation Booking includes up to three (3) separate presentations within a 24-hour period and travel expenses. Approximate total value of all prizes is $3,270.99.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry. Winners must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim their prize.
Publicity:
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.
Privacy:
By entering The Sweepstakes, you are subscribing to our mailing list and agreeing to the Fight the New Drug Privacy Policy.
Taxes:
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on their prizes. Prize values will be reported as required by law. Necessary tax forms will be supplied by Fight the New Drug and must be filled and returned before the shipping of the prize package.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these official rules.
