A COLLECTION OF GRATITUDE & IMPACT CURATED BY FIGHT THE NEW DRUG

Since 2009, we've given visibility to research and personal accounts demonstrating how pornography can negatively impact individuals, relationships, and society. Through this grassroots movement, millions of people have found hope and freedom. We couldn't do this without Fighters like you!

I’m happy to see FTND fighting the shame and stigma that gets in the way of people getting help. The first few years of my addiction counseling with a therapist were focused entirely on dismantling the deep-rooted shame built up by myself and others. Porn addiction is a cycle fueled by shame, and though I know people’s intentions are good, people need to know that when they tell people they are shameful for struggling, they are part of the problem. Thanks, FTND, for publicly stating this.

I love how simply the psychologists and neuroscientists explained the effects that porn has on the brain, it made it so easy to understand. I loved how the three people the first episode focused on were so blunt and open–that can be challenging to do sometimes.

Thank you so much for what you are doing. I'm so genuinely concerned by how my generation's sex lives are being defined by exploitation in porn and it seems like everyone just wants to ignore it. Thank you for telling the truth!

I literally love Fight the New Drug!! It honestly inspires me so much and helps me help others because it really keeps things real. I can now have real conversations with loved ones about this topic and really help them consider before consuming.

There are so many horrible crimes associated with porn that people often don’t realize: sex trafficking, sexual violence, rape, etc. This culture is so intent on immediate gratification that we don’t see what trauma is going on behind the screen. Let’s choose real love and fight to help others break free from porn addiction. This podcast and the incredible message this organization spreads are so vital in our world today. Thank you for pioneering this movement. I’m honored to be a part of it.

Brain, Heart, World was awesome! I took notes while watching, and I just can’t wait to share what I learned with those on my social media so we can ultimately end sexual exploitation and human trafficking. Thanks so much for making this!

I just wanted to share a cool experience I had today! I've been wearing my PKL shirt for years and hoping that it's helping spread the message, but I've had very few if any conversations about it. Today I had a new friend ask me about it and we had a good long conversation where I was able to share my viewpoint and cite some of the research you share! He committed to look into it more and he knows I'm going to ask him what he thought when I see him next week!

As a witness of the tragic consequences of pornography addiction, I love that the message of pornography’s harmful effects on individuals, families, and society is finally being spread to a larger audience. Thank you!
