Where is my discount code/Secret Store password?
When you sign up for Fighter Club initially, and then monthly moving forward, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] with FTND store discount code and Secret Store password. Be sure and add [email protected] to your address book so this information don’t go to your spam folder!
If you haven’t received an email with your discount code/Secret Store password, check your subscriptions preferences using the form below. Please make sure Fighter Club emails are allowed, as this is necessary you to receive emails with your monthly code/password and other Fighter Club updates and announcements.

When will my Fighter Club kit arrive?
We send out Fighter Club kits once a week. As soon as your kit ships to you we will send an email with tracking info.
Can I choose the day for my monthly donation?
Yes! After you sign up, log in to your Donorbox account and under “Recurring Plans” click “Edit” next to the plan you would like to update. Choose the date you would like your next donation to be processed under “Set Next Donation Date” and select “Change” to apply the date change.
What do I do if my donation fails?
If your donation fails you should get an email from the platform you signed up on. You can click through that email to update your credit card/billing info, or select your platform below for instructions.

Log in to your Donorbox donor dashboard. In the top menu select “Recurring Plans” click “Edit” next to the plan for which you would like to update billing/credit card info.
If this is your first time logging in into Donorbox since signing up for Fighter Club, select “Retrieve My Donor Account”.
How do I update my credit card info?

Can I pause my donations for a little while or do I have to cancel completely?
Yes! In Donorbox you can pause your current Fighter Club membership. Login to your Donorbox donor dashboard. In the top menu select “Recurring Plans” click “Edit” next to the plan you want to update, and from there you can pause your Fighter Club membership.
Where is my receipt?
Your receipt is sent to the email you signed up for Fighter Club with. You can also login to your donor dashboard to resend past receipts.
Is my donation tax deductible?
Absolutely! Fight the New Drug is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible. (Tax ID: 26-3550143)

Absolutely. The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. We will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.
